As part of the Technical Ceramics Division of the Morgan Crucible Company plc, the Rugby site is able to capitalise on a wide range of technologies and innovative solutions available from other global manufacturing facilities and provide a seamless service beyond the site’s capabilities.
The site’s goal is “to be a profitable supplier of choice to MTC Rugby’s selected markets, differentiated by a reputation for excellence in all aspects of customer service and technical innovation".
This goal is achieved by harnessing the knowledge, experience, technologies and resources of the Global Division and the site to meet customers’ requirements.
With a comprehensive base of skills and knowledge in ceramic materials, product design, quality requirements and engineering MTC Rugby is able to develop and deliver innovative solutions in ceramic and provide excellent customer service.
