All enquiries are thoroughly reviewed to ensure the requirements and the application is fully understood. Based on this review and depending on the stage of development our Applications Engineers and Technical Sales personnel will advise on technical and commercial aspects of the enquiry.
In many cases our specialists, Design Engineers, Applications Engineers and Material Scientists, are able to suggest design improvements to improve reliability in service and/or ease of manufacture. Once a design has been agreed prototypes and samples are produced via a rapid prototyping route or pre-production route and then final testing or the next stage of development can commence.
