Deranox™ 970

High-quality Alumina ceramic of 97.0% Al2O3 content. This material is an excellent electrical insulator that can be metallised to facilitate high-temperature brazing of assemblies.

Deranox™ 975

Fine grain Alumina ceramic of 97.5% Al2O3 content. A high quality material, widely used for electrical and mechanical components that require thick film metalizing, as well as for dynamic duties where resistance to abrasion and chemical attack are essential.

Deranox™ 995

Alumina ceramic of 99.5% Al2O3 content. This material is extensively used for applications that require exceptional electrical resistance combined with resistance to chemical attack. This ceramic can also be metallised.

Deranox™ 999

Alumina ceramic of 99.9% Al2O3 content. A high purity material used for the highest integrity applications where one, or a combination, of its exceptional mechanical, electrical, thermal or corrosion resistant properties is essential.

AL998A

High purity Alumina ceramic with a minimum purity of 99.8% Al2O3 content. Specifically developed for semiconductor processing applications, it has high resistance to semiconductor etch chemistries and has superior mechanical wear resistance.

HIP Vitox™

A very high purity Alumina ceramic of 99.99% Al2O3 content, produced specifically for surgical implant devices. This material complies with ISO6474 part 1 “Implants for Surgery -- Ceramic Materials Based on High Purity Alumina”.

Sintox™ FF

Alumina ceramic with a minimum Al2O3 content of 95.0% (typically 96%). This material is a high quality electrical insulator, with good mechanical properties, that is widely used for components in consumer products as well as for high integrity applications.

Sintox™ AL

A porous Alumina ceramic of 99.7% Al2O3 content, used extensively for high reflectance, long-life laser reflectors. This material is sintered at high temperatures to achieve a controlled porosity.

Sintox™ FA Ballistic

Pink Alumina ceramic with a minimum Al2O3 content of 95.0% (typically 96%). This lightweight hard-faced material is especially formulated for ballistic applications.

Sintox™ FA Metalizing

Pink Alumina ceramic with a minimum Al2O3 content of 95.0% (typically 96%). This grade is specially formulated for high integrity Molybdenum metalizing. The material is a high quality electrical insulator, with good mechanical properties.

Sintox™ CL

Alumina ceramic of 98.6% Al2O3 content. Well proven as a lightweight hard-faced armor tile material for battlefield vehicles and structures.
